Welcome to JBridge.ai (the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you") and KKCompany Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd., Taiwan Branch ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By clicking "I Accept," or by downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). If you are not eligible, or do not agree to these Terms, you do not have our permission to use the Service and must immediately cease all use.
JBridge.ai operates as an AI API routing, management and billing gateway. We provide distinct value-added application layers, including access control and budget management, which enable users to access various Large Language Models (LLMs) hosted by third-party upstream providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic; collectively, "Upstream Providers") via a unified platform.
Access to JBridge.ai is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction, whichever is greater. To utilize our platform, you affirmatively declare that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, have never been suspended from our Service, and will ensure your usage strictly adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to that entity, and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that entity.
To access the Service, you must register for an account. By logging in via your existing KKBOX account, you authorize us to access basic profile information (e.g., email address, User ID) necessary to provision your account. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up-to-date at all times.
As a gateway connecting you to various artificial intelligence capabilities, JBridge.ai strictly conditions your access upon adherence to the following rules. By utilizing our platform, you expressly commit to strictly observing the following guidelines and responsibilities:
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any API requests made or charges incurred under your API keys will be deemed authorized by you.
Your access relies on third-party ecosystem partners (the "Upstream Providers"). You are strictly forbidden from executing any prompt, query, or operation that contravenes the specific terms, usage policies, or safety guidelines established by the respective Upstream Provider of the underlying Large Language Model (LLM). Furthermore, you must not use the generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop any foundational AI models or competitive services.
You agree not to manipulate, exploit, or bypass our system architecture. This includes, but is not limited to:
You assume full responsibility for your inputs. You shall not submit data or request the generation of content that is unlawful, malicious, defamatory, or designed to propagate hate speech. Additionally, your usage must not misappropriate trade secrets, violate data privacy laws, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
JBridge.ai maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violations of this section. We retain the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, should we determine that you have engaged in any prohibited conduct.
THE JBRIDGE.AI SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL API ROUTING FUNCTIONALITIES, MANAGEMENT TOOLS, AND ACCESS TO THIRD-PARTY LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS (LLMs), IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You acknowledge that JBridge.ai operates as an API management platform mediating access to third-party services. We do not develop, train, or exert editorial control over the underlying foundational AI models. Consequently, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, legality, completeness, or safety of any AI-generated outputs. You expressly understand that generative AI technologies are inherently probabilistic and may produce unpredictable, inaccurate, or entirely fabricated results (commonly referred to as "hallucinations").
You assume all risks associated with your access to and use of the Service. You are solely and exclusively responsible for evaluating all AI-generated outputs, determining their suitability for your specific use cases, and ensuring that your downstream applications and end-user interactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations. JBridge.ai assumes no liability whatsoever for any actions taken, business decisions made, or damages incurred based on your reliance on the Service or its outputs.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KKCOMPANY OR JBRIDGE.AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA). IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT THE COMPLETE EXCLUSION OF SUCH LIABILITY, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE LESSER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE ONE (1) MONTH PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Our Platform: The Service, including its visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, systems, APIs, computer code, and all other elements of the platform (collectively, the "Platform Materials") are the exclusive property of KKCompany and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the data, prompts, and text you submit to the Service ("Input"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the policies of the respective Upstream Providers, you receive all rights, title, and interest in and to the content generated by the LLMs based on your Input ("Output"). We do not claim ownership over your Inputs or Outputs.
JBridge.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature or component thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, without liability to you. Given the dynamic nature of AI ecosystems, we explicitly reserve the right to add, deprecate, or replace specific Large Language Models (LLMs) or Upstream Providers at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable commercial efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that significantly impact the core functionality of your integration. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing all use of the Service and deleting your API keys.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke your API keys, and block your access to the Service at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other legal or operational necessity.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and indemnification) shall survive.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KKCompany, JBridge.ai, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and authorized agents (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or directly related to:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
